1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Quizinema mobile application ("the App") and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quizinema.

2. Description of Service

Quizinema is a mobile quiz application focused on Bollywood movies, actors, music, and related entertainment content. The App allows users to answer trivia questions, earn virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems), compete on leaderboards, unlock various features, and engage with other users. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not maintain multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the App or its underlying systems.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or the servers and networks connected to the App.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized means to play the game, manipulate scores, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

• The App may include virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems) or virtual items that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or other items of monetary value from Quizinema or any other party.
• All purchases of virtual currency or items are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, and features of virtual currency and items at any time without prior notice.
• Virtual currency and items cannot be transferred between accounts or to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Quizinema App, including but not limited to questions, images, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Quizinema or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as generally permitted by the App's functionality.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The quiz content is provided for entertainment and general knowledge purposes only and should not be considered factual or authoritative.
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Quizinema, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions within the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
